WEB BASED SERVICES

 

Crown’s web delivery mode helps the client to provide and access the information anywhere, any time. Crown´s Clients´ employees can securely log on to Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) and submit or get relevant information. Employees can view pay slips for any month, view their PF balances, use the tax calculator, submit their tax declaration, submit reimbursements, see the approval status, submit the flexiplan breakup and have access to many more features.
The employee has the option of initiating any query which is responded to as per signed SLAs with the Client. The Client also has the option of viewing all queries, sorted subject-wise, and can review the responses at any time online. The Client administrators can submit attendance details and other inputs through the web, view reports etc web through a secure log in. The web feature also has the flexibility of being customized to your organizational needs.
